Self Drive Hire

What we need for hire:

-Pictures/copies front and back of driving license, emailed or pictures via phone

-Proof of address in the form of 1 utility bill, utility bills no older than 90 days and again pictures via phone or email,

-I need proof of what points you have even if none and any accidents the link below will enable me to see what you have,

again you can send pictures/screen shots or send a picture via phone or email, or a share code

-Questionnaire must be filled out to the best of your knowledge, if you don’t have a printer you can fill out on the day as long as I have all of the above before hand, questionnaire attached ⬇

-On all hires we will require a £200 security deposit which will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of our horsebox. Any necessary fees will be deducted prior to the security deposit being returned. £100 of This must be paid rite away to confirm your booking, the balance must be paid on or before the day of hire Bank details below

-Cash payment will be required on the day of hire for the agreed price,

-Collections, on the day of hire early collection times can be accommodated,
The may be collected the day before for an extra £20.00 if available, but not before 4.00 o’clock,

-The box must return no later than 8.00pm on the last day of hire,

-Cancellations, any cancellations with in 7 days of the booking date will only be refunded at a rate of 50% of the hire price, any cancellations with in 48 hours of the booking will not be refunded at all,

-We reserve the right to charge a security deposit or cancel your hire if we feel it is needed.
